Merrill Acquires Lextranet For Undisclosed Sum

ST. PAUL, MN -- Merrill Corporation has announced the acquisition of Lextranet (R), a provider of web-based litigation support and case management systems.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Lextranet's suite of applications allow clients to review documents, manage transcripts, stream synchronized video, track discovery productions, process evidence, organize case files, archive data and enable online collaboration.

Merrill Corporation provides outsourced IT solutions to several vertical markets, including the legal, financial services, insurance and real estate industries.
